Brady Corporation had acquired new facilities in South Carolina and needed to make them unmistakably Brady, in just two months.

GLIMMA ran planning, creative development, production and installation as one program, so the South Carolina sites moved from concept to completed installation within deadline.

Transformed Brady Corporation’s newly acquired South Carolina facilities into workplaces that fully reflect the Brady brand, in two months.

The challenge

Making an acquired site feel like it belongs

Following its acquisition of new facilities in South Carolina, Brady Corporation needed to bring the spaces into the Brady brand quickly and consistently.

The program covered site planning, creative development, environmental graphics and signage, with everything from initial planning to completed installation needing to happen within two months.

The goal was more than replacing the previous owner’s signage. The new environments needed to feel like part of Brady from day one.

The approach

One program, one team, two months.

GLIMMA brought planning, creative, production and installation together under one program, working closely with the Brady team throughout.

The scope covered site planning and implementation strategy, creative development and brand application, environmental graphics and signage, production management, and on-site installation.

Working as one team meant decisions could be made quickly, keeping the program moving from concept to completion within the two-month deadline.

An accelerated schedule is held together by how fast decisions get made, not by how fast anyone works.

The solution

More than a signage swap.
A workplace that feels like Brady.

GLIMMA translated the Brady brand into the physical environment across the newly acquired facilities. The work included exterior building signage, reception branding, a branded feature wall, digital screens, dimensional logo elements and environmental graphics that brought Brady’s culture and identity into the workplace. From the first site survey through to production and installation, every element was planned as part of one coordinated rollout.

01

Site planning

The newly acquired facilities were surveyed and assessed against Brady’s brand requirements.

02

Implementation strategy

The rollout was sequenced around the two-month deadline, from planning through installation.

03

Creative development

The Brady brand was translated into applications suited to each space.

04

Brand application

Exterior signage, reception areas and environmental graphics were developed and specified.

05

Production management

Manufacturing was coordinated centrally to ensure everything was produced to specification.

06

Installation

The finished elements were delivered and installed across the South Carolina facilities.

07

Handover

The completed environments were handed over just two months after planning began.

An acquired building should feel like part of the new organization, not a reminder of who owned it before.

One coordinated program brought planning, creative, production and installation together to make the two-month deadline possible.

The impact

From acquired site to Brady workplace.

Within two months, the South Carolina facilities had been transformed into workplaces that clearly reflected the Brady brand and gave employees a stronger sense of connection to the wider organization.

The program went beyond replacing existing signage. It created a consistent Brady environment across the newly acquired sites and established a repeatable approach for future locations.

GLIMMA continues to support Brady as the brand is brought to life across additional locations internationally.
