The GLIMMA team expands with the creation of a new position of Client Services Director.
GLIMMA welcomes Sjaak Bolier to the newly created position of Client Services Director. Sjaak is a highly experienced senior manager with particular expertise in customer service and project management roles within a variety of international businesses.
The new position reflects GLIMMA’s ongoing development in terms of both business growth and the increasingly complex solutions we offer clients, delivering a wider and deeper range of services, from brand strategy right through to implementation and brand governance.
Sjaak will be responsible for delivering client projects; in particular he will oversee key global customer accounts to ensure that brand programs are delivered with the highest possible level of customer satisfaction, on time and on budget.

Sjaak previously worked at Avery Dennison and Sara Lee in the Netherlands. Dutch-born, Sjaak speaks fluent English, good German and also has knowledge of French and Spanish. He has a partner with whom he has two children and he will be based at our Amsterdam office in the Netherlands.
