Strategic Partners from all over the world gathered in Malmö, Sweden from 13th to 14th June to attend Global Image Management’s 12th Partner Meeting.
The event is held twice every year. Key members of the international network meet face to face to discuss and debate all matters branding and to learn from one another. The increase in the number of delegates, with more than 65 delegates in attendance, reflects the pace of growth within the company and its global network.
The conference theme “Winning the Customer” was selected to reflect one of our core values: customer service.
Peter Koomen, Managing Director, explains,
“We have always been customer-centric but as we grow, it’s important to ensure that we are all aligned. Clearly we want to win new customers. But more importantly we want to continue to win over existing customers through the flawless execution of branding programs, so they remain clients for life.”
For the first time, clients also attended the meeting, with Brand Managers from Lego and Arjo speaking at the event.
Nicolas Napoli, from France, adds:
“The face to face time is invaluable and it was particularly rewarding to hear direct from our customers and to learn what they like most about working with us – responsive and transparent are great ways to be described! We are not perfect, there is always room for improvement but at the same time, it’s great to receive positive feedback and to know what to build on.”
The next Partner meeting will take place in December 2018.
