More than 65 key members of the GLIMMA network met in Budapest, Hungary, last week for our 11th International Meeting, making it our biggest two-day strategy event to date.
As our international team continues to expand rapidly, the meeting proved to be a valuable focal point for all team members, including those from Europe, India and China.
With a strong focus on growth and the on going development of new brand management services, it was a platform for open discussion on strategy and internal culture, ensuring that the whole team is aligned.
Our global culture has never been more important. An acclaimed international guest speaker touched upon the challenges of communication and collaboration within the global context, corroborating the importance of shared values to drive operations excellence.
With more than 12 nationalities present, the delegate list was representative of our customer base – transnational companies with an international brand footprint. The multi-cultural mix at GLIMMA ensures that we have a worldwide presence, offering geographic coverage, supported by local knowledge and on the ground support.
