With over 1,200 rebranded sites to deliver, GLIMMA rises to the challenge.
GLIMMA is in the process of delivering a major rebrand project in the Americas – in Mexico, we are rebranding over 1,200 retail sites from Holcim Apasco to Holcim.
Holcim, one of the largest cement and aggregates producers in the world, with operations in over 70 countries, is now bringing Holcim Mexico under the corporate brand umbrella. With responsibility for the brand rollout, the twelve-strong GLIMMA team in Mexico is project-managing, overseeing the manufacturing and installing the new branding across multiple sites and assets.
Following competitive tender, GLIMMA was selected to implement the $4.5 million rebrand, working closely with Avery. As a result of our partnership approach, the team has already delivered savings in excess of 15%, thanks to GLIMMA’s intimate knowledge of the market and sales negotiation skills.
Adhering to a tight schedule, the team, led by Cecilia Bustos and Liz Marquez comments,
“All 1,200 retail sites will benefit from new paint, corporate signage, graphics and primary identity signage. We delivered ten sites ready for the launch in May 2013 and we’re well on track. With a window of just 12 months to deliver the rebrand, we’re averaging 100 sites per month.”
