When Holcim took over the leading Mexican cement and aggregate producers brand, Apasco, they needed to carry out a rebrand. Their retail network of 1,100 sites comprises a wide variety of outlets across 32 Mexican states.
We were able to quickly and seamlessly brand the growing Holcim network by using our local knowledge and resources, backed by the collective knowledge our central team of branding experts.
We helped to develop the most efficient process and adopted a design-led approach to each site individually.
Local knowledge of suppliers, planning requirements and 'red tape' was essential.
From multi-faceted sites in major cities to small outlets serving rural areas, each site now has a strong and uniform brand identity. Our local installation team successfully rebranded an average of 100 sites per month.
With all manufacturing taking place in Mexico, there were no costly distribution fees. Therefore Holcim’s carbon footprint is minimal and of course, the local economy also benefits.
