As part of a global rebrand Alitalia needed help to change the branding at their sites. With 22 international locations to handle, they approached us to help with the global rollout. This included graphics and signage at locations such as ticket offices, self check-in kiosks, luggage measurers and the installation of totem signs.
We put together a global team to support Alitalia’s needs, providing technical advice, in addition to project managing the implementation program. Our role included site surveys and the production and installation of their new brand identity.
With 24/7 access to our project management tool, real-time updates were available throughout the implementation, helping them to track and monitor progress at all times.
Tight project management and a structured approvals process, along with standardization, ensured that all sites and brand touch points were delivered on time and to the right specification.
