This includes physical assets such as buildings and transportation and digital assets such as websites.

During Mergers and Acquisitions, this will include due diligence and strategic brand touchpoint analysis, pilot testing of concepts and technical asset surveys. On behalf of the client, we then manage their digital assets.

We support clients to understand the range of branded assets they have, or are buying, the condition they are in, and their appearance. Goals are often varied – from rebranding, refurbishing or divesting, to quality assurance and compliance checking.  

This is often through  franchisee and licensee networks.
