The creation of a new full time Administration role at GLIMMA’s UK Head Office underlines our commitment to customer service.
GLIMMA welcomes Coralie Moles to a new full time post. The administration post has come about as a result of growth and an internal reorganisation that will allow our Key Account Managers to focus even more strongly on directly supporting our clients.
Amongst other tasks, Coralie’s role will encompass administrative support to GLIMMA’s team of Key Account Managers. This will free up their time to support directly clients such as HSBC, Western Union and C&A and ensure that their brand implementation programmes continue to be delivered on time and within budget.
Working on international projects, across many different markets, requires a thorough understanding of how businesses work right across the globe. Attention to detail is key to the success of all of our clients’ global branding programmes – with additional administrative resource now in place, our clients will benefit from even more dedicated customer service from our Account Managers, ensuring their projects are delivered on time, every time.
Coralie offers first class experience as she has worked within the GLIMMA group on a part time basis for nearly five years. As our business has grown, the focus and size of the administrative role has also grown, from general office management to a much broader account administration role.
