Tom Hawkins has been appointed Operations Director for GLIMMA, with responsibility for every aspect of GLIMMA’s global operations.
Tom, age 32, has worked in the branding industry for most of his career. After a short period in recruitment, he joined Aura Graphics, one of the UK’s leading graphics printers. He gained experience across a wide variety of positions, including Brand Implementation Manager and latterly as Sales & Marketing Director.
Tom has headed up GLIMMA’s team in the UK for more than three years and been involved for more than nine. The step-up to a global operations role therefore represents a natural progression. With a wealth of product, systems and industry knowledge, Tom is already well connected and expects to hit the ground running.

With growth comes the need to consolidate and ensure the business has the right foundations and processes to deliver client projects both profitably and to the highest possible standards. With a strong eye on quality management, I’ll be working with our ops team to ensure that we deliver on time and on budget, every time.”

Tom studied Business at the University of West England and is based in London.
