GLIMMA employees, representing over 10 nationalities travelled from all over the world to gather in Milan for our biannual two-day strategy meeting.
The aim of the conference is to bring together our national teams to debate strategy and to examine factors that impact on our day-to-day business. Whilst the conference did not run with an official theme, collaboration and continuous improvement quickly emerged amongst the most important topics.
Taking place every six months, the conference in Milan was the biggest yet, with nearly sixty delegates in attendance.
Peter Koomen, Managing Director, explains,
“As the GLIMMA team continues to grow and our profile becomes even more multinational, the value of face to face meetings is more important than ever. As an international business, we work collaboratively to deliver many branding projects for global clients such as Petronas and Nokia worldwide. No business is without challenges and this is particularly true when working across borders and different cultures. These strategy conferences give us all the opportunity to congratulate ourselves on the amazing progress we have made, but also to acknowledge and identify better ways of working.”
The next conference is scheduled for December 2016.
