We are delighted to welcome two new members to the GLIMMA team, Michael Metzdorf as Business Development Manager, DACH, and Jennifer Mayes as Marketing Assistant.
Business Development Manager, DACH
Michael Metzdorf brings several years brand consultancy experience to this new role, having worked alongside many global brands, including adidas, PUMA, Reebok and EA Sports. He will be responsible for ensuring client satisfaction and growth in the German, Austrian and Swiss markets.
Michael has a strong track record in developing relationships with existing clients, as well as acquiring new business. Michael comments:

Based in Düsseldorf, Germany, Michael is a native German speaker. He is also fluent in English and has a basic knowledge of French.
He has degrees in Sports Management and International Management, as well as a MA in Sales and Marketing. Outside of work, Michael is a keen sportsman, participating in several sports, including football, tennis and running.
Jenny Mayes has joined us in the newly created position of Marketing Assistant and Office Manager, based in our Netherlands head office in Amsterdam.
The marketing function is led by Fiona Duckers, who has been supported in previous years by several university interns. With continued growth and a greater focus on marketing, the intern position has now evolved into a full time role.
Jenny, a recent graduate of Plymouth University, comes to us with over 12 months work experience at Intel, where she undertook a variety of sales roles. With a first class BA honours degree in Business Studies, she will be putting into practice much of what she learnt at university.
Jenny is from Oxfordshire in the UK. Based in Amsterdam, as well as undertaking marketing activity, she will also support the senior management team with general office duties and project work.
